I can’t remember my password. How can I reset it?

To reset your password, follow these steps:

Open the Drafty Website.
Click on sign in tab and look for the "Did you forget your password" link. Click on “password”.
You'll be prompted to enter your registered email address associated with the account. Provide the required information and click on next.
Select how would you like to reset the password. Choose one option from Email or SMS and click on next.
After completing reset password, a link will be sent to you via email or the phone number as per your selection.
Check your email inbox for a password reset link. Click on the link to create a new password for your account.
If you don't receive the email, check your spam or junk folder. Sometimes, password reset emails end up there.

I’ve followed the password reset process, but it’s not working. What should I do now?

If the password reset process isn't working, try the following steps:

Double-check that you're entering the correct email address registered with your account.
Make sure you're clicking on the correct password reset link in the email. It's a good idea to copy and paste the link directly into your web browser.
Clear your browser's cache and cookies and then attempt the password reset again.

What can I do to enhance the security of my login information?

To improve the security of your login information, follow these best practices:
Use strong and unique passwords for each account.

Please use at least 8 characters, including 1 letter, number and special character e.g., ($, #,!. *). Your password should not be too similar to your name or email.
Avoid using information that might be easily guessed, for example words such as "password," "123456," or your name.
Regularly update your passwords and avoid reusing old passwords

Drafty is an FCA-authorised provider of a Revolving Line of Credit with a credit limit of up to £3000, available to borrow as and when you need it (subject to affordability checks). You only pay interest on what you draw/use.

There is no set minimum or maximum repayment term, so long as the minimum monthly repayment sum is met, however, you may repay back early without any fees and save on interest.
