How can I register a complaint?

We try to avoid giving anyone a reason to complain and we take any complaint seriously. If you have a concern, please let us know.

Our complaints team is available from 7am-10pm, Monday to Friday. You can get in touch with us by email at or over the phone on 0203 365 0139#.

  • If we do get a complaint, we'll try to resolve it as soon as we can. We'll acknowledge your complaint within 2 business days, and we'll aim to resolve it within a maximum of 8 weeks. If we can't resolve it within that time, we'll tell you why and tell you what's happening with your complaint. We'll also keep you updated as to when you can expect to hear from us again.

We'll aim to resolve it to your satisfaction. If we haven't given you a final response within 8 weeks, or if you're still not satisfied, you can contact the Financial Ombudsman Service, who may be able to help. You can find them at phone 0300 123 9123 or 0800 023 4567 FREE.
