We'll aim to resolve it to your satisfaction. If we haven't given you a final response within 8 weeks, or if you're still not satisfied, you can contact the Financial Ombudsman Service, who may be able to help. You can find them at phone 0300 123 9123 or 0800 023 4567 FREE.
